Individual Cover

Covers 1 person (principal member) under 70 years old.

Nuclear Family Cover

Covers you (principal member), your spouse, and up to 4 children (18 years and under).

KSh 250/mo

Family Cover

Covers your household (principal member, spouse, up to 4 children <18) plus 2 biological parents (parents of the principal member, up to 70 years old).

KSh 350/mo

Extended Family Cover (Below 70)

Covers the principal member’s nuclear family and 2 parents + 2 parents-in-law (all parents up to age 70).

KSh 500/mo

Extended Family Cover (70–80)

Covers the principal member’s nuclear family, 2 parents + 2 parents-in-law where the parents/in-laws are between 70 and 80 years old.

KSh 700/mo

Extended Family Cover (81–100)

Covers the principal member’s nuclear family, 2 parents + 2 parents-in-law where the parents/in-laws are between 81 and 100 years old.

Senior Individual Cover

Covers one senior individual between 70 and 100 years old.

Funeral Service Benefits

  • Standard Casket: A good-quality standard coffin for the deceased.
  • Hearse Transport (Van): Transportation of the body using a dedicated Toyota van hearse.
  • Mortuary Fees: Coverage of morgue fees for up to 14 days (up to a maximum of KSh 15,000).
  • Floral Tribute: One coffin spray arrangement and 20 stem roses.
  • Viewing Tent: A gazebo tent to shelter the body during the wake or viewing.
  • Dressing of the Deceased: Dignified preparation of the body, including a burial suit or gown.
  • Ceremonial Equipment: Provision of an automatic lowering gear, a red carpet at the graveside, and a church trolley.

Important Policy Notes

To ensure fairness and sustainability, please keep these guidelines in mind.

1. Waiting Period (Grace Period)

After you register, a waiting period applies before funeral claims can be made. This period varies by age:

  • Ages 1–79: 4-month waiting period.
  • Ages 80–89: 6-month waiting period.
  • Ages 90–100: 8-month waiting period.

This means contributions must be made for the minimum period before benefits are active. Claims for deaths during the waiting period cannot be processed, except for accidental deaths, which are covered immediately.

2. Payments & Defaulting

Monthly contributions are due by the 10th of each month. A 30-day grace period is allowed for late payments. Failure to pay for 3 consecutive months will result in a default, and your benefits will be suspended.

Reinstating your cover may require resetting the waiting periods. Please note that all contributions are non-refundable. Providing inaccurate information for your dependents may lead to penalties or denial of service.

3. Add-On Services

While our packages are comprehensive, we offer optional add-ons at an extra cost for special requests. These can include:

  • Catering for larger groups
  • Additional floral arrangements
  • Customized items like tribute t-shirts
  • Extra tents or chairs
  • Professional video livestream services
